New recruitment consultant
The newest addition to MAC Projects International is James Williams, who is joining the energy team as a Recruitment Consultant, primarily specialising in solar energy.
James started working for our team straight after finishing his master’s in marketing at Northumbria University. He uses his business knowledge he has learnt over the course of his time at university and applies it to his job as a renewable energy recruitment consultant by understanding all aspects of how our business is run.
James is specialising in solar energy and expanding our business further into the USA market. There are huge and exciting opportunities involving renewable energy in the USA and especially opportunities involving solar energy. With the Inflation Reduction Act’s (IRA) clean energy tax credits can double employment numbers of solar energy by 2030 in the USA.
Within the role of renewable energy recruitment consultant, James is responsible for all aspects of the company involving solar energy, such as dealing with and finding clients, developing knowledge of the industry and ultimately being a manpower and personnel specialist by connecting the right people into the right roles and delivering personalised after care to all of the candidates and clients.
We are excited to have James on board and are looking forward to the positive changes and development he will bring to MAC Projects.
