MAC Projects Limited provide a full design, installation and delivery facility for interior fit-out of offices, schools and retail units.

MAC Projects manage and install specified systems inclusive of:

  • Partitions
  • Floor finishes
  • Mechanical and electrical systems
  • Sprinklers (specialist)
  • Data/IT wiring
  • Plumbing
  • Lighting
  • Joinery
  • Shopfront
  • Signage – internal and external

MAC Projects have significant experience, as part of their fit-out duties, in detailed liaison with Retail Centre Management with regard to approvals, sprinkler and fire alarm interfaces, and programming, delivery scheduling and installation timing.

In addition, we carry out the Build Control submittal for approval and, where required, consent for advert signage.

All aspects of works are designed and installed under the requirements of CDM Regulations and current Health and Safety Regulations and Standards.

MAC Projects acts as Principal Contractor, producing the required Construction Stage Health and Safety Plan following receipt of the Planning Supervisor or client’s pre-stage Health and Safety Construction Plan.

We produce all required method statements and/or risk assessments for tasks undertaken and fully evaluate specialist subcontractors' method statements/risk assessments. MAC Projects issues their company Health and Safety document to all of the operatives and subcontractors under MAC Projects' control.

MAC Projects hold Public Liability and Employer’s Liability Insurances and is an accredited member of the CHAS Health and Safety group.
